Kollywood star Karthi starrer Siruthai satellite rights have been acquired by Vijay TV.

Normally the race for satellite rights will be between Sun TV and Kalaignar TV, but surprisingly it is Vijay TV, which entered the race for acquiring the satellite rights. Vijay TV has bagged the rights for a huge amount of Rs 3.80 crores. As the film is raising high on expectations it is heard Vijay TV has brought the rights. It can bee taken that Sun TV and Kalaignar TV is going to face tough competition in future by Vijay TV entering the battle.

Siruthai is releasing big worldwide and it is known that the advance booking is already done in some parts of Tamilnadu.
